Who are we?
Nilsa Ruda Rivera and Rochelle Phynyx Rivera are dedicated Spiritualists, licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), and Reiki Masters who proudly identify as Latinas and Spiritual Sisters. Together, they own and operate a small private practice that is completely devoted to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for individuals who are facing various challenges in different aspects of their lives.
Although our core values align, each of us brings unique expertise and distinctive approaches to the healing process. We understand that the journey to well-being can manifest in many different forms and pathways. Therefore, we offer a diverse range of services that are thoughtfully tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. Whether you're seeking traditional psychotherapy, spiritual guidance, somatic healing, or a carefully curated blend of these methods, our goal is to assist you in achieving your clinical, emotional, and spiritual aspirations. I began this important journey of helping others heal and transform through comprehensive treatment over 25 years ago. Always recognizing and appreciating the profound power of self-love and radical acceptance has permitted me to effectively guide and motivate others to uncover these essential qualities for themselves. Being able to draw upon my formal training, coupled with my unique ability to heal through energy, along with my diverse professional experiences, allows me to create a supportive atmosphere that naturally fosters meaningful change and healing. I firmly believe in the necessity of holistic care, addressing and healing the mind, body, and spirit in tandem. Whether through modalities such as EMDR, Reiki, or simple yet impactful conversation, we will work together as a collaborative team to help you reach and achieve your specific treatment goals.
